The Pre-licensing Course can be taken in the classroom or via distance learning/virtual classroom. If you opt to take the classroom version you will receive an MV-278 Pre-licensing Course Completion Certificate. All courses follow the same syllabus, regardless of the version you choose to take. If you are able to successfully complete your course, the company will report your achievement to the DMV immediately and you will not need to show a certificate when appearing for your driver's test.
